Preparing for Your Visit to Cassileth Plastic Surgery in Los Angeles
Cassileth Plastic Surgery strives to make your experience with us as convenient and efficient as possible. To save time during your initial appointment, we will text and email you a link to our online patient portal. Please complete your forms 48 hours before your appointments. We look forward to seeing you. Plan to be at our office for about 1 ½ to 2 hours. Non-hosted valet parking is available in the garage at our building or across the street in the Beverly Hills city lot (first two hours are free).
When you arrive, the front office concierge will greet you and welcome you to the practice. If you have not completed your online intake, please arrive a half hour early and our front office concierge will assist you.
A medical assistant will bring you to an exam room and review your health history. Next, you will meet the doctor, who will examine you, and create a custom-tailored plan. Our staff will take photos and 3D Vectra images for the doctor to use in planning your surgery and evaluating the results. Our Patient Coordinator will meet with you to discuss cost, aftercare, and to schedule your procedure.
If you have any questions or concerns, we are available to you through our HIPAA compliant text messaging platform, Klara, or by phone. We look forward to meeting you.
Appointment Checklist:
- Please fill out new patient intake forms online 48 hours prior to your appointment.
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time, to allow time for parking.
- For face consults, arrive make-up free or come prepared to remove your makeup upon arrival.
- Please bring a valid form of government issued ID (Passport, Driver’s License, Identification card) and Insurance card.
