What To Expect From A Morpheus Procedure?
The procedure begins with applying a local anesthetic to the treatment area to ensure your comfort. Patients wishing to take pain medication and/or ProNox to increase their comfort may do so if they have a transportation arranged post-procedure. Once the area is numb, your provider will use the Morpheus device across the treatment areas. Afterward, they will apply topical post-procedure creams to promote healing and comfort and will go over the post-care instructions with you.
What Is The Recovery Post-Procedure?
Patients often notice an immediate improvement within a week after a single Morpheus treatment, with smoother skin, reduced pore size, and a brighter complexion. The skin tightening effects are typically visible after the first session. Most patients experience minimal discomfort, usually described as a sunburn-like sensation in the treated areas for a few days, and can return to their regular activities within a day. It’s normal to experience some redness, swelling, and scabbing in the treated areas, which will gradually subside.
How Many Treatments Will I Need?
While many patients do see results within one month after their first session, we recommend at least three treatments to the same area to achieve desirable results. The effects of the treatment improve with time and accumulate with multiple sessions.
