What To Expect At My Keravive Appointment
The Keravive Treatment is performed by our medical esthetician and requires no numbing or preparation. It is best if you wash your hair the morning of your appointment, and we recommend that you do not use any styling products. The treatment itself takes about an hour, and many find it to be very relaxing, like a long head massage. The treatment does require your hair be separated into clean sections so the scalp can be treated. Your hair will get “wet” and can be a little messy after the appointment, so we recommend that you bring a hat and not make any plans to go out on the town after your appointment.
How Many Sessions Will I Need?
We recommend a series of three treatments, done thirty days apart for best results. Keravive can be done once or as needed depending on your hair concerns.
When Will I See Results?
Results will be felt immediately, as the Keravive treatment deep cleans the scalp, leaving it deeply exfoliated. It includes a take-home treatment to be used for 30 days post-treatment. The benefits of the treatment and at-home spray are cumulative, and will develop over the course of the next 30 days following your treatment. We highly recommend taking Nutrafol supplements in conjunction with your Keravive treatment if you are concerned with thinning hair or desire increased hair thickness and growth.
