This 18-year-old patient from Las Vegas, Nevada felt his nose was too big for his face. He felt insecure about the size and shape of his nose for much of his teenage years. Dr. Cassileth performed a primary rhinoplasty, septoplasty and dorsal hump reduction. The result is a refined profile that is still masculine. He loves his new nose and has a new boast of condidence for college.
