This 19-year-old patient from Virginia sought to refine the tip of her nose, making it smaller and turned more upward. Dr. Hussain, an associate at Cassileth Plastic Surgery, performed open rhinoplasty, reducing and elevating the tip to create more slanting of the dorsum. Patient is 1-month post-op and will continue to see reduction in swelling over the next several months.
