Case-1476

Demographics

Implant Size: 295cc

Age: 73

Details

This 73-year-old patient from Los Angeles, CA had a history of repetitive capsular contracture and felt that her implants were too large. She had the same set of implants for over 25 years and intra-operatively, we discovered the left implant had ruptured. Dr. Cassileth performed a bilateral removal and replacement with en bloc capsulectomies. She downsized the implants to 295cc and used ADM for added support in both breasts.
