This 55-year-old patient had bilateral breast reconstruction and a botched bilateral reduction that resulted in her having amastia. She had undergone previous implant surgery which had failed and then was recently revised resulting in capsular contracture and symmetry. She was also left with two hypertrophic scars in her inframammary crease that are painful and
continued areas of divoting from previous reconstruction. Dr. Cassileth performed breast reconstruction revision with removal and replacement of her breast implants, fat grafting and scar revision.
