This 49-year-old patient from Vancouver, Canada had a previous breast reconstruction procedure that left her breasts lumpy and asymmetrical. She was dissatisfied with the aesthetic result and wanted to improve the shape and divots left from the mastectomy. Dr. Cassileth performed breast reconstruction revision using 265cc silicone implants and fat grafting to improve symmetry.
