Facilities, protocols, and patient flow are designed specifically for the women we serve. That same thinking applies to who we hire and how we work together.
A teaching practice
Dr. Cassileth has been a resident educator at Cedars-Sinai for 17 years and mentors first-generation female reconstructive surgeons through ReSurge International's PWRS program. The practice operates with that same teaching ethos.

Open searches change month to month. The standing invitation is the same: if you are excellent at what you do and want to do it inside a careful, coordinated practice, we want to hear from you.

- Plastic and reconstructive surgeons. We invest heavily in onboarding; we look for surgeons who want to be part of a long-term clinical practice, not a transactional one.
- Patient coordination
- Coordinators who can hold a case from first call through long-term follow-up. Detail orientation matters more than years of experience.
- Wellness & MedSpa
- Aestheticians, injectors, nurse practitioners. We prioritize team members with clinical training and a long horizon on the work.
- Operations & insurance
- Patient advocates who can navigate insurance coverage end-to-end. Specialized knowledge of plastic and reconstructive coverage is a strong plus.
