We create a personalized plan specifically for you, and our team is with you every step of the way. From the moment you are greeted by our friendly front desk, through your consultation, surgery and after surgery, where you’ll have the support of our concierge aftercare nurses. We arrange every detail, big and small, to provide you with an excellent experience.
You will have a dedicated aftercare nurse practitioner or physician associate assigned to you for up to four weeks after your surgery. Your aftercare specialist provides concierge care from the time of surgery, and throughout your recovery at home – just a text message away. Our team of nurses specialize in post-surgical care, they each have over 20 years of experience specifically in the aftercare and recovery of plastic and reconstructive surgery patients. They are the best in the field! They know all the tips and insider secrets to make your recovery smooth and easy.
The nurses aren’t just reachable by phone – they are your own dedicated nurse who supports you throughout your surgical journey, and is in contact with you, seeing you in person or via phone or text on a daily basis from your surgery date to four-week post-surgery.
We provide one-on-one professional support and care – so you don’t have to figure it out yourself. You’ll be in excellent hands, so that you can rest reassured, relax, and recover quickly.
